Refunds & Exchanges
We are happy to offer customers a full refund or an exchange, excluding the cost of post & packaging, if you are not fully satisfied with your goods.
Please send goods within 28 days of receipt, in an unused / resaleable condition to: Bill Brown Bags Ltd, Church Farm House West, Horsemere Green Lane, Climping, West Sussex, BN17 5QX.
Should you wish to return an item within 7 days after the day you received the product we will refund the cost of post & packaging, as well as the cost of the goods. Please note this does not apply to larger items, including roll up beds, where the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and our delivery costs will not be refunded. This applies to UK retail orders only.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Any additional costs to return a product to us, eg postage via 'recorded delivery' will not be refunded.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you.
Where an email address is provided we will confirm any cancellation or refund by email, you should expect your refund within 10 working days from dispatch of your returned items.
Delivery charges will be refunded only where an entire order is returned. This does not affect your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
You can cancel your order at any point before it is despatched. Any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 10 days. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item(s) become(s) unavailable and/or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
